We've been hard at work this year making changes to the property! Here are some of the highlights.

I'm very delayed in posting this, but this Fall we had our driveway over-hauled to properly slope, widen, drain, and most importantly we used a finer material that was compacted that allows for good traction of two-wheel drive vehicles.
We appreciate all of our guests and the opportunity to reinvest in the property on a regular basis. After one of the most brutal winters in memory, the grass is green and the dock and boats are in the water. Because of the record April snows, the water is as high as it has been since record floods in 2001. Our dock is at its max height and numerous others on the lake are not able to put in their docks until the water drops! I would estimate the water is about 2 feet higher than mid-Summer normal.
The ice came off on May 13 this year! That meant pretty chilly water on Memorial Day weekend when the dock was put in. It is slowly warming up. When are the 80 degree temps going to come?!? Good thing we have a sauna to warm up after your swim for the next couple weeks! Looking forward to another Summer of happy, relaxed guests. The calls have already started for 2014 reservations! With this historical shortage of Winter weather, we took some time to build a website that better describes why you should consider staying with us during the Winter months. At the very least, you can see what things will look like when the snow finally comes!
www.nebagamonwinter.weebly.com . The dock is out, the boats are winterized, and the leaves are falling. It is always a good feeling to have things put away and ready for the ice and snow! Sad to see another summer come to an end, but the promise of a great Winter season to come is also a big draw.
We have made two other additions to the property. First, we have an Otter Island swim raft for the kids and adults alike. Second, we now have Dish Network in high definition. Just make sure you spend plenty of time enjoying the outdoors first!
By popular demand, we now offer a fishing boat for our guests. The boat is a standard v-hull 12 foot aluminum boat with a quiet and efficient 8 hp 4-stroke tiller motor. We hope this is a convenient and fun addition to our property!
The dock is in and the water has warmed. After a very cold Spring, we just had a great weekend of sunshine and high 80's. The surface water temp went up 8 degrees between Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon!
